Our service kills and helps to stop the spread of disease by using state-of-the-art technology - Electrostatic Spraying.  Using an electrostatic sprayer to disinfect is a way of efficiently killing germs.  An electrostatic sprayer can be engineered to produce either positively or negatively charged particles.  Most Electrostatic Sprayers generate positively charged particles, as most surfaces are negatively charged.  The theory is that the positively charged particles will stick to most surfaces that are negatively charged – like a magnet.  As a side note, the earth’s surface is negatively charged.

Our state-of-the-art electrostatic sprayer takes advantage of the negative charge on room surfaces by putting a positive electrical charge on the disinfectant solution as it passes through an electrode in the chamber.  This electrical charge allows the disinfectant solution to attract to all room surfaces like a magnet, and the electro-charged droplets wrap around and adhere to all surfaces and objects being treated entirely, 360 degrees, all around - covering hidden and shadowed areas more effectively, remaining there longer to disinfect. 

The electrostatic sprayer is designed to create an even spread and meet dwell times for solutions so they can work to their full capability.

It coats and allows for up to 3x greater surface coverage than traditional sprayers and foggers. 

With electrostatic spraying there is no wiping down surfaces after we spray.  The mist is so fine, it dries quickly and is safe for most surfaces.  The electrostatic method is superior to traditional cleaning methods, such as wiping by hand and eliminates cross-contamination between surfaces.

This is an optional service, highly recommended.  We use patented Antimicrobial technology that provides continuous protection on surfaces and is proven to break down and protect against microbes. A safe and wise choice for microbe control anywhere clean is important.  It creates an invisible shield to provide 24/7 surface protection for extended periods of time. The unscented, colorless, water-based formula can be applied to a variety of surfaces using our EPA registered technology. This protectant is safe for humans, pets, and the environment.

When applied, the solution forms a bond with the surface, creating unparalleled antimicrobial activity with long-term stability and durability. Our coating acts as a protective shield that bonds to surfaces on a molecular level during our electrostatic application.  

We utilize electrostatic sprayers and a specially formulated coating with an EPA registered active ingredient that acts like a spike to puncture the cell membranes of microbes on contact. The coating continues to work long after it dries by creating a layer that microbes literally cannot live on. Due to the positive electrical charge, it actively seeks out and attracts microbes to the surface, eliminating them on contact. A surface with a shield is completely inhospitable to microbes and effective without poisons - it is a mechanical kill, not chemical.  The rapid destruction of odor causing germs provides for odor control not available through traditional chemicals.

The coating physically disrupts and inhibits the growth of a wide variety of odor-causing bacteria, mold, fungi and algae by creating a force-field effect on surfaces. Once applied, it will not wash off a surface, or leach into the environment or your body. Environmentally safe - No super bugs, cross contamination, leaching, or off gassing.

The coating can be removed by friction and/or use of high pH cleaners such as bleach or an alcohol based cleaner.  Reduction of specific organisms depends on the amount of bio load, temperature and humidity.   Application of the coating works in conjunction with good housekeeping practices, the surfaces still needs to be cleaned on a routine basis in order for the coating work effectively.  The coating is odorless and clear when applied.  We recommend 30, 60, 90 day scheduled treatment depending on the surface and environment.  This is used in numerous schools, hospitals, airplanes, professional sports, industrial facilities and more.

We offer a natural and specially formulated to kill gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria with a more realistic contact time of just 30 seconds!  In addition to being bactericidal against Staphylococcus aureus (Staph), Salmonella enterica, Pseudomonas aeruginosa & Escherichia coli (E-coli), it is also virucidal against Rhinovirus (the common cold virus) and Influenza A including the Pandemic 2009 H1N1 on hard, non-porous, inanimate surfaces!  

Being a Food Surface Contact Sanitizer means this product can decontaminate sensitive kitchen surfaces without rinsing, wiping or leaving behind synthetic chemical residue. This solutions uses  the proprietary Botanical Active Ingredient  – Thymol, present as a component of Thyme Oil. Formulated with whole essential plant oils, not synthesized copies of the chemicals found within the oils! According to the EPA, typical hard surface disinfectants may not be appropriate on semi-porous walls and wood framing to concrete and carpets, this solution effectively eliminates odors produced by odor-causing fungi, bacteria & other odor-causing organisms on both, porous and non-porous surfaces. It combines powerful botanical cleaning surfactants with proven killing ability to clean and disinfect in one easy step!
